    The Complete Bespoke Timeline

    Week 11–2 hours

    Initial Consultation

Meet with your tailor to discuss style preferences, occasion, and lifestyle needs. We'll explore fabric options and take over 30 body measurements.

    Weeks 2–31–2 weeks

    Pattern Drafting & Fabric Sourcing

A unique paper pattern is created from scratch based on your measurements. Your chosen fabric is ordered from the mill if not already in stock.

    Weeks 4–51–2 weeks

    Cutting & Initial Construction

The fabric is hand-cut using your bespoke pattern. The canvas interlining is shaped, and the garment skeleton is assembled for the first fitting.

    Week 645–60 minutes

    Baste Fitting (First Fitting)

You try on the garment in its skeletal form — basted together with loose stitches. The tailor assesses fit, balance, and posture adjustments.

    Weeks 7–92–3 weeks

    Refinement & Construction

Based on fitting notes, the pattern is refined and the suit is fully constructed with hand-stitched details: lapels, buttonholes, armholes, and lining.

    Week 1030–45 minutes

    Forward Fitting (Second Fitting)

The nearly complete suit is tried on. Final adjustments are made to sleeve length, trouser break, collar roll, and overall silhouette.

    Weeks 11–121–2 weeks

    Final Finishing & Delivery

Last refinements are made, buttons are sewn, the suit is pressed, and final quality checks are completed. Your bespoke suit is ready.

    Complexity of Design

Three-piece suits, double-breasted designs, or garments with extensive hand-work may require additional time.

    Fitting Schedule

Your availability for fittings can accelerate or extend the timeline. We offer flexible scheduling.

    Seasonal Demand

Wedding season (spring/summer) and holiday periods see higher demand. Plan ahead for optimal timing.
