By accessing or using Bespoke Maestro's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Bespoke Maestro provides custom tailoring services including bespoke suits, sport coats, shirts, trousers, and related alterations. All garments are made-to-measure based on your specifications and measurements.

3. Appointments

• All appointments require 24 hours advance notice
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
• We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for no-shows or late cancellations
• Appointment times are estimates and may vary based on the complexity of services required

4. Orders and Payments

• A 50% deposit is required to begin production of custom garments
• Full payment is due upon completion and delivery of the garment
• Prices are subject to change without notice for future orders
• Payment methods accepted include Zelle, Venmo, Cash, Personal Check, and Wire Transfer
• Delivery within a 15-mile radius of San Diego, CA is complimentary
• Orders requiring delivery or shipping outside the 15-mile radius will incur additional delivery/shipping charges

5. Custom Garments

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• All sales of custom garments are final
• Alterations to fit are included as part of our service
• Up to 2 fittings may be scheduled by Bespoke Maestro prior to delivery of the order to ensure the final fit is approved by Bespoke Maestro
• Production times typically range from 6-8 weeks
• Fabric availability is subject to change

6. Alterations and Adjustments

We stand behind our craftsmanship and offer complimentary adjustments within 90 days of delivery to ensure proper fit. After this period, any new alterations will incur additional charges.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Bespoke Maestro and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bespoke Maestro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
